Payments
For Paddle purchases and subscriptions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes information needed for the transaction. R2C Labs may receive purchase, product, amount, transaction, or subscription-status information needed to provide and administer a service. We do not receive or store full payment-card details for Paddle payments. Paddle's processing is subject to its own policies and legal obligations.
How we use information
We use information to administer accounts and purchased features; operate customer-provided data where needed for requested features; administer subscriptions; maintain security; prevent abuse; diagnose issues; provide support; improve product operation and user experience; communicate important service changes; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.
Service data
Content and data you provide remain yours or belong to their rights holders. We process them only as needed to provide and operate requested features. Technology providers may process data where necessary to perform configured features.
Providers and third parties
We use providers that may process information on our behalf or as independent controllers, depending on their service. These may include AWS for infrastructure and storage, Paddle for payments and transaction management, and providers of messaging, AI, authentication, monitoring, support, communications, and customer-selected integrations. We share only what is necessary to provide those functions or where another lawful basis applies.

Some providers may process information outside the country where a user or customer is located. Where applicable, we use providers and mechanisms intended to provide an appropriate level of protection under applicable law.
