Refund Policy

Payment processing

This Refund Policy applies to R2C Labs purchases and subscriptions processed through Paddle. For those transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, billing, and refund-related aspects. R2C Labs provides and licenses the applicable service.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically create a prorated refund for remaining days.

Refunds

Except where a mandatory right to a refund applies, purchases and renewals are not automatically refundable. Requests may be evaluated based on:

• the transaction date;
• the reason for the request;
• use made of the service;
• material errors or technical issues;
• Paddle's applicable terms; and
• mandatory rights under applicable law.

Requesting a refund

For a Paddle purchase, you may use the options in Paddle's receipt or confirmation email, its subscription-management link, or Paddle buyer support. You may also contact R2C Labs for service-related help. A request does not guarantee approval, and this policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Processing a refund

Refunds for Paddle transactions are processed by Paddle. R2C Labs does not directly return funds to a buyer where Paddle acted as Merchant of Record. If R2C Labs agrees a refund is appropriate, we will request or authorize it through Paddle's applicable procedures. The refund method, timing, and conditions are subject to Paddle and applicable law.

Access after a refund

Where all or a substantial part of a purchase or subscription period is refunded, we may end or restrict access to the associated features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when products, providers, commercial terms, or legal requirements change. The applicable version is the version published on this website, without prejudice to rights already held for an earlier transaction.
